Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By creating an account or using Rolen™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

In these Terms, "Rolen," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zaghood LLC d/b/a Rolen.ai and the Rolen™ platform. "Service" refers to the Rolen.ai website, application, and all related features. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Service.

1. Description of Service

Rolen is an AI-powered job search and career management platform. Features include:

AI-assisted job discovery, scoring, and matching
Resume management and AI-powered analysis
Cover letter generation in multiple styles
Job application tracking and pipeline management
Integration with third-party cloud storage services
Content publishing tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rolen. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful registration information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us promptly through the Service if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rolen only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job applications through our Service
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Service
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service to harm, harass, or discriminate against any person
Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Rolen uses artificial intelligence to help score jobs, draft cover letters, analyze resumes, and generate other career-related content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed and edited before use
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to employers or third parties
We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or will result in employment
AI scoring and recommendations reflect algorithmic analysis and should not be the sole basis for career decisions

6. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Billing

Rolen operates on a subscription model with a token-based usage system.

Free tier: New users receive a one-time token grant providing access to AI-powered features. Once tokens are exhausted, a paid subscription is required for continued AI usage.
Paid plans: Subscribers receive a monthly token allowance. Unused tokens may roll over up to a capped maximum balance. Tokens beyond the cap at the time of monthly renewal are forfeited.
Token add-ons: Subscribers may purchase additional token packs. Purchased tokens do not expire and are not subject to the rollover cap.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Cloud Storage Integration

If you choose to connect a cloud storage service (such as Google Drive), you authorize Rolen to:

Create a folder structure in your cloud storage for organizing resumes, cover letters, and related documents
Read, create, update, and sync documents within that folder structure
Store encrypted access tokens to maintain the connection

You may disconnect cloud storage at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting does not delete documents already in your cloud storage.

8. Intellectual Property

Rolen™ and Rolen.ai™ are trademarks of Zaghood LLC. All content, trademarks, and materials comprising the Service (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to Zaghood LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including resumes, cover letters, and application materials — whether drafted manually or with AI assistance.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect with third-party platforms for authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, and other functionality. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT JOB DISCOVERY, SCORING, OR MATCHING RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAGHOOD LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
